Annual intention
An annual intention is one sentence about what the year is for. Starting it with “This is the year I” makes you pick a verb. A verb gives you something to check a decision against in March.
What it asks you
- The sentence. Finish “This is the year I…” in the words you’d use with a friend.
- Why that one. Write what the year looks like if the sentence comes true. Read it again when the sentence starts to feel stale.
