Values

A values exercise finds the few words you won’t trade. This one starts with sixty-one values in six groups and ends with three. Three is what you can remember when a decision is in front of you.

What it asks you

  1. Pick from the long list. Read all sixty-one, then tap every one that feels like yours. The exercise asks for at least eight.
  2. Keep or let go. Go through your picks one at a time and decide on each. This is the part that stings!
  3. Lock your three. Choose three from the ones you kept and write what each one means to you on an ordinary day.

The longer read on this one is Cut your values list down to three.
