Johari Window

The Johari Window has four squares. They sort what you know about yourself against what other people know about you. You can fill in three of them at a desk, and the Blind Spot needs somebody who knows you.

What it asks you

  1. Open. Write what you and other people both know about you. Traits, strengths and quirks go here.
  2. Blind Spot. Write the names of one or two people you trust to tell you what you miss, and the day you’ll ask them.
  3. Hidden. Write what you know about yourself that other people don’t.
  4. Unknown. Write two or three things that might be true about you that you’ve never put to the test.

The longer read on this one is How to do the Johari Window on your own.
